Our regular business hours are 9AM to 5PM PST
Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.

Product Application

Some modifications will adversely affect the on-road handling characteristics of your vehicle. Off-road driving are inherently dangerous activities. All products sold by Hard Notched Customs, LLC. are sold for off road use only.

Any other use or application is the responsibility of the purchaser and/or user. Some modifications and installation of certain aftermarket parts may under certain circumstances void your original dealer warranty.

Modification of your vehicle may create dangerous conditions which could cause serious bodily injury or death. Buyers and users of these products hereby expressly assume all risks associated with any such modifications and use. Hard Notched Customs, LCC. strongly recommends that all products only be installed by trained professionals.

Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal. Washington State residents are subject to sales tax.

Shipping

Orders are normally shipped via Freight Delivery or UPS unless other arrangements are made. You must provide a residential or business address for delivery. Shipping amounts are estimated by calling us directly. All orders are carefully packaged before they leave our facility. Loss or mishandling of boxes by the carrier is the responsibility of the carrier. All claims for damaged or lost goods, should be reported to the carrier.

Delivery Confirmation / Shipping Policy

If we should ever ship product to you, we will ship all of our products via FedEx,
USPS or United Parcel Service (UPS). We will ship all products ground unless you have a special expedited shipping request. If so, drop us an email, give us a call, or indicate as much in the shipping information info.

We will ship you your product within 3-5 business days of receiving your order. You should receive your product within 2 weeks of placing your order on line. If for some reason there is a delay on our end, we will contact you to let you know the adjusted delivery time that you should expect.

Delivery & Access Policies

Upon registering for our services using our website, we will provide you with immediate access to our site. We will email you your login information and a confirmation number to the email address that you provide us. Please keep this information in a safe place. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hrs of processing your order online please contact us immediately.

If for some reason there is a delay on our end in sending you your login ID and password, we will contact you as soon as possible.
